Mitchell O'Hara
Soloist & Dance Captain
Born in New Zealand and spending his early years in Wicklow, Ireland, Mitchell began Irish dancing at a young age and quickly developed a deep passion for the art form. Proud of his Irish heritage, he has dedicated himself to both preserving tradition and embracing the evolution of Irish dance. His competitive career highlights include eight national championship titles, multiple Australian International Oireachtas victories, and several Top 10 placings at the World Championships.
Mitchell has since brought his passion to the professional stage, performing with A Taste of Ireland across Australia, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Now, he is especially proud to return to his home country of New Zealand—marking a full-circle moment in a journey that continues to inspire and grow.

Callum O'Neill
Demi Soloist & Dance Captain
Callum O’Neill is a champion Irish dancer from Birmingham, England. He began dancing at the age of seven with the renowned Carey Academy of Irish Dance, where he discovered a love for performance and a drive for excellence.
Throughout his competitive career, Callum achieved extraordinary success, becoming a World Champion, North American National Champion, Great Britain Champion, British National Champion, and All Scotlands Champion—a rare collection of titles that firmly places him among the top dancers in the world.
He has also performed internationally with the iconic show Riverdance, touring as part of its 25th Anniversary Production, and now continues to share his passion on stage with A Taste of Ireland, bringing world-class Irish dance to audiences across the globe.

Tom Doherty
Ensemble
Tom Doherty began Irish dancing at the age of eight and enjoyed a highly successful competitive career, earning multiple World medals and major podium finishes. At just seventeen, he joined his first professional touring show and has since gained invaluable experience performing around the globe with various Irish dance productions.
A career highlight to date is becoming a Lead Dancer in Michael Flatley’s Lord of the Dance. Now, Tom is excited to return to A Taste of Ireland for its Celtic Christmas production.

Cathal Doughan
Ensemble
Cathal Doughan is a 23-year-old Irish dancer from Tipperary, Ireland. He began dancing at the age of seven and has achieved Top 5 placements at every major competition. Among his greatest accomplishments are winning the All Scotland Championships in 2021 and placing third at the World Championships in April 2022.
In March 2022, Cathal joined the cast of Lord of the Dance for the opening of its 25th Anniversary production at the Apollo in London and has been touring with the company since. He first performed with A Taste of Ireland at the beginning of the 2025 U.S. Spring Tour and is now delighted to be returning for his first Celtic Christmas.

Declan McLaughlin
Ensemble
Declan began Irish dancing at the age of six in Glasgow. Originally training with An Comhdhail, he joined An Coimisiún Le Rinci Gaelacha (CLRG) in 2015, where he went on to enjoy a highly successful competitive career. He claimed numerous major titles, including the All-Ireland, Great Britain, British Nationals, and Scottish Nationals. Declan also earned second place at the World Championships in both solo and team dancing, consistently placing in the Top 5 each year.
In 2022, Declan transitioned into professional performance after being invited to work with Michael Flatley on new projects for Lord of the Dance. Since then, he has toured internationally with various productions and cruise lines, performing across Europe, North America, Asia, Australia, and the Caribbean.

Ciaran Keogh
Ensemble
Ciaran Keogh is a 22-year-old dancer from County Dublin, Ireland. Following in his mother’s footsteps, he trained under her guidance at the Aisling Keogh Academy in Dublin from the age of five. His most notable competitive achievements include placing in the Top 5 at the World Championships, earning Top 3 finishes at both the All Scotland and All Ireland Championships, winning a Great Britain Championship, and securing numerous regional titles.
After concluding his competitive career, Ciaran joined Michael Flatley’s Lord of the Dance and toured internationally. He has also performed with other productions such as Irish Celtic and is currently part of the cast at Raglan Road in Disney Springs, Orlando. Ciaran is looking forward to joining A Taste of Ireland and touring Australia and New Zealand for the first time.

Joey Roca
Ensemble
Joey is an accomplished competitive dancer, with success at regional, national, and international championships. Since 2017, he has toured internationally with a variety of Irish dance companies across North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia.
His credits include Rhythm of the Dance, Celtic Illusion, Prodijig, and the acclaimed Busch Gardens production Celtic Fyre.
In 2023, Joey made his Off-Broadway debut in Lighthouse: An Immersive Drinking Musical!. A multi-faceted talent, he is also a skilled choreographer, producer, dance captain and instructor, actor, singer, and drag performer.

Rochelle Hoffman
Demi-Soloist
Rochelle Hoffmann is a dancer from Kelowna, Canada, with over 20 years of experience in Irish dance. A World Medallist and seven-time Regional Champion, she has earned Top 5 finishes at major international competitions, including the Great Britain Championships, North American Nationals, and Australian International Championships.
Alongside holding a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Rochelle has performed worldwide, including as a Principal Dancer in the Calgary Stampede Grandstand Show. She also made her Off-Broadway debut with A Taste of Ireland in New York City. Passionate about performance, she is thrilled to share her love of dance with audiences across New Zealand and Australia.

Meagan Urbanek
Understudy
Meagan began Irish dancing at the age of five under the tuition of Geraldine French and went on to enjoy significant success throughout her competitive career. In 2025, she was crowned the Freestyle World Champion in Glasgow, Scotland, where her choreography, technical skill, and performance abilities were recognized by Michael Flatley.
Competing with Aisling Scoil Rince, Meagan has earned top placements at regional, national, and international levels. Most notably, she is both an All-Ireland Medallist and a World Medallist, having placed in the Top 10 at the World Championships. Meagan is now thrilled to perform with A Taste of Ireland and to live her dream on stage every day.

Aoibhín Kenneally
Ensemble
Aoibhín Kenneally is a 22-year-old Irish dancer who began training at the age of six. She studied under the renowned Flynn O’Academy with Bernadette Flynn and Damien O’Kane, where she achieved great success at both local and national feiseanna. Among her most notable accomplishments is placing third at the World Championships.
Now on her third professional tour, Aoibhín is proud to bring both passion and precision to every performance and looks forward to joining the cast of A Taste of Ireland.

Emma Martin
Ensemble
Eleanor Murray is a 22-year-old dancer from County Armagh, Northern Ireland, where she trained with the McConomy Bradley Doherty Academy of Irish Dance in Derry. Following in her family’s footsteps, she began dancing at the age of four alongside her five siblings.
Her most notable achievements include placing in the Top 10 at both the World and All Ireland Championships, as well as Top 5 finishes at the All Scotland, Irish National, North American, and Ulster Championships. Minnie Yarnold
Ensemble
Minnie Yarnold is a professional Irish dancer currently touring with A Taste of Ireland. Before stepping into the world of stage performance, she enjoyed a successful competitive career at the highest level of Irish dance. A World Medallist, she placed 15th at the CLRG World Championships and has won multiple World Championship titles in both ceilis and figures.
Alongside her dance achievements, Minnie holds a BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma with double A* and an A. She is proud to bring both precision and artistry to every performance.

Bella Masters
Ensemble
Bella Masters was born into an Irish dancing family and began dancing at the age of two at the Higgins Academy in New South Wales, Australia, where she trained under her mother, Sarah, and aunt, Kathryn. Over the past 17 years, she has achieved Top 5 placings at the Australian National Championships, NSW State Championships, and the Australian International Oireachtas, and has proudly represented Australia at the World Championships.
Alongside Irish dance, Bella has trained extensively in RAD ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary, lyrical, and musical theatre under the tutelage of Sonja Dene, performing across Australia and the United States.
In 2024, Bella embarked on a new chapter of her professional career, joining A Taste of Ireland for its Australian and New Zealand National Tours. Upon returning home, she began pursuing a degree in Physiotherapy at university and is now thrilled to be back on stage with A Taste of Ireland this Christmas.
