Mitchell O'Hara
Soloist & Dance Captain
Born in New Zealand and having spent the earliest years of his life in Wicklow, Ireland, Mitchell began Irish dancing at a young age and quickly developed a deep love for the art form. Deeply proud of his Irish heritage, he has dedicated himself to both the tradition and the evolution of Irish dance. His competitive career includes becoming an eight-time national champion, multiple Australian International Oireachtas titles, and several Top 10 placings at the World Championships.
Mitchell has since brought his passion to the professional stage, performing as the principal dancer with A Taste of Ireland across Australia, the United States, and the UK. Now, he’s especially proud and excited to be returning to perform in his home country of New Zealand - a full-circle moment in a journey that continues to inspire and grow.

Liam Fitzgerald
Demi Soloist (Deputy Dance Captain)
Liam Fitzgerald began his dance training at the age of three with the Halloran School of Dance in New South Wales, while also studying ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, contemporary, and musical theatre at Sonja Dene Dance Studios.
He went on to enjoy a highly successful competitive career in Irish dance, becoming a multiple-time NSW State Champion and Australian National Champion, and competing internationally at both the World Irish Dancing Championships and the North American Irish Dancing Nationals.
As a professional performer, Liam has appeared with Pace Entertainment Group in A Taste of Ireland, A Celtic Christmas, and Pace Live Dance Company’s Michael – The Show. His credits also include Eireborne, Wayne Scott Kermond’s Candyman, Repgrom’s 12 Days of Christmas, Carnival Cruise Line in the Caribbean, Disney World in Florida, Major League Baseball, and numerous productions with OP Productions.

Cian Walsh
Soloist
Cian Walsh was born and raised in County Cork, Ireland, and began Irish dancing at the age of six with his parents at the Kiely-Walsh Academy of Irish Dance, where he now also teaches alongside them. He went on to win the Munster and Irish National Championships, achieve second place at the World Championships in solo competition, and claim both an All-Ireland title and two World Championships in ceili dancing.
In 2014, Cian performed the lead role in Billy Elliot in Cork and later performed for the Pope in Croke Park with Riverdance. A recent university graduate in Quantity Surveying, he balanced his studies with professional performance. Cian has toured with A Taste of Ireland across the UK and New Zealand and looks forward to performing with the company in America.

Joey Roca
Ensemble
Joey is an accomplished competitive dancer, with success at regional, national, and international championships. Since 2017, he has toured internationally with a variety of Irish dance companies across North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia.
His credits include Rhythm of the Dance, Celtic Illusion, Prodijig, and the acclaimed Busch Gardens production Celtic Fyre. In 2023, Joey made his Off-Broadway debut in Lighthouse: An Immersive Drinking Musical!. A multi-faceted talent, he is also a skilled choreographer, producer, dance captain and instructor, actor, singer, and drag performer.

Dillon D'Amore
Ensemble
Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan-Dillon began Irish dancing at the age of five, following in the footsteps of a long lineage of dancers in his family. He trained under Tim O’Hare and his aunt, Megan Sanders-Paulowicz, at the renowned O’Hare School of Irish Dance.
A dedicated and accomplished competitor, Dillon has traveled internationally to compete and is most proud of his top placements at the World, North American, and Regional Championships in both solo and team categories. Now, he is thrilled to bring his passion for Irish dance to the stage as part of A Taste of Ireland.

Declan McLaughlin
Ensemble
Declan began Irish dancing at the age of six in Glasgow. Originally training with An Comhdhail, he joined An Coimisiún Le Rinci Gaelacha (CLRG) in 2015, where he went on to enjoy a highly successful competitive career. He claimed numerous major titles, including the All-Ireland, Great Britain, British Nationals, and Scottish Nationals. Declan also earned second place at the World Championships in both solo and team dancing, consistently placing in the Top 5 each year.
In 2022, Declan transitioned into professional performance after being invited to work with Michael Flatley on new projects for Lord of the Dance. Since then, he has toured internationally with various productions and cruise lines, performing across Europe, North America, Asia, Australia, and the Caribbean.

Brittany Pymm
Principal Dancer
Brittany Pymm began Irish dancing at the age of six under the tuition of Glenalee Bromillow at the WA Academy of Irish Dancing, following in the footsteps of her mother and sisters. She went on to win four WA State Championships and consistently placed in the Top 10 at the Australian National Championships. Brittany has also represented Australia internationally, competing at the North American Nationals, Great Britain Championships, All Ireland Championships, and World Championships.
Her professional career began in 2019 with A Taste of Ireland’s Celtic Christmas tour in Western Australia, followed by the company’s 2021–2022 Australian Tour. Most recently, she performed in the debut of TARA at the Australian Celtic Festival. Brittany continues to share her passion for Irish dance on stage with A Taste of Ireland.

Ella Giammichele
Soloist
Ella Giammichele began Irish dancing at the age of four with CM Dance in Brisbane, Queensland. While initially studying a variety of dance styles, her love for Irish dance soon became a lifelong passion that has led to mentoring younger dancers and achieving significant competitive success.
Over 17 years of competition, Ella has won the QLD State Championships four times, placed in the Top 10 at the Australian National Championships, and claimed multiple other championship titles. She has also qualified for the World Championships every year she was eligible, competing in both 2017 and 2023.
Ella made her professional debut with A Celtic Christmas in 2021 and has since performed in A Taste of Ireland and A Celtic Christmas tours in 2022 and 2023. She is also excited to appear in the company’s newest production, TARA.

Natalie Wagner
Ensemble
Natalie Wagner is a St. Louis native who discovered her love of Irish dance at the age of twelve. Her passion for the art form also led her to study ballet and modern dance at Webster University, where she graduated with a degree in Economics and a minor in Dance Technique.
After competing at both the national and world levels, Natalie made her professional debut in 2022 and has embraced every opportunity to perform since. She is now excited to share the energy and spirit of Irish dance with audiences across the country as part of A Taste of Ireland.

Madison Pennington
Ensemble
Madison “Mattie” Pennington began Irish dancing at the age of four with the Rince Na Tiarna School of Irish Dance in Buffalo, New York, and quickly developed a lifelong passion for the art form. Over the years, she has achieved Top 5 placements at both the Regional and National levels and has competed internationally at major competitions in Scotland and Ireland.
Mattie is now thrilled to join A Taste of Ireland for her first professional tour, grateful for the support of her family, friends, and teachers who have encouraged her throughout her dance journey.

Jessica Miller
Ensemble
Inspired by her uncle, Steven Brunning — an original cast member and lead dancer in Michael Flatley’s Lord of the Dance — Jessica Miller began Irish dancing at the age of three. It soon became a central part of her life, leading to a competitive career that spanned 17 years.
Training with the Inis Cara and Glendarragh Irish Dancing schools, Jessica earned numerous accolades, with her proudest achievement being a 2nd place finish at the World Championships in Montreal, Canada. After retiring from competition, she pursued her academic interests, graduating in Sport Rehabilitation from the University of Nottingham with aspirations to become a physical therapist.
In 2023, Jessica made her professional debut in Lord of the Dance: Feet of Flames in Taiwan, followed by a tour of the Netherlands with Celtic Steps The Show. She is now excited to perform with A Taste of Ireland on its upcoming U.S. tours.

Emma Martin
Ensemble
Eleanor Murray is a 22-year-old dancer from County Armagh, Northern Ireland, where she trained with the McConomy Bradley Doherty Academy of Irish Dance in Derry. Following in her family’s footsteps, she began dancing at the age of four alongside her five siblings.
Her most notable achievements include placing in the Top 10 at both the World and All Ireland Championships, as well as Top 5 finishes at the All Scotland, Irish National, North American, and Ulster Championships. A recent university graduate, Eleanor began working as a Registered ER Nurse in August 2024. Since then, she has performed across Europe as a professional dancer with Irish Celtic and, most recently, in Orlando with Raglan Road from April 2025.
Eleanor is now looking forward to joining A Taste of Ireland as a Principal Dancer, touring Australia and New Zealand for the first time.

Karaleigh Desmond
Ensemble
Karaleigh Desmond began dancing at the age of four in her hometown of Manchester, NH before continuing her training in Boston with the Kenny Academy. She went on to achieve success at the regional, national, and world levels in both ceili and solo competitions. Karaleigh has toured internationally, including performances with A Taste of Ireland and A Taste of Ireland: A Celtic Christmas in the United States as well as Feet of Flames in Taiwan, and has had the honor of performing alongside legendary Irish musicians such as Eileen Ivers and Máiréad Nesbitt.
After retiring from competitive Irish dance, Karaleigh pursued a Master’s degree and certification in Sport and Performance Psychology, with a focus on helping the next generation of Irish dancers navigate the challenges of competition. Her career now encompasses both performance and teaching, reflecting her commitment to the growth of Irish dance.
