Gavin Shevlin
Principal (Head Dance Captain)
Born and raised in County Donegal, Gavin began Irish dancing at the age of five. Since then, he has won numerous major titles, including the All Ireland, Irish National, Great Britain, All Scotland, European, and World Championships. After securing his second World title, Gavin graduated as a Mental Health Nurse and spent many hours working on the front line during the Covid-19 pandemic.
As a professional dancer, Gavin has performed on stages across the world. He has toured globally with both Riverdance and Lord of the Dance, and has also performed with A Taste of Ireland in Australia and the United Kingdom. Gavin is now thrilled to be performing A Celtic Christmas in America this year.

Callum O'Neill
Demi Soloist & Dance Captain
Callum O’Neill is a champion Irish dancer from Birmingham, England. He began dancing at the age of seven with the renowned Carey Academy of Irish Dance, where he discovered a love for performance and a drive for excellence.
Throughout his competitive career, Callum achieved extraordinary success, becoming a World Champion, North American National Champion, Great Britain Champion, British National Champion, and All Scotlands Champion—a rare collection of titles that firmly places him among the top dancers in the world.
He has also performed internationally with the iconic show Riverdance, touring as part of its 25th Anniversary Production, and now continues to share his passion on stage as a Principal Dancer with A Taste of Ireland, bringing world-class Irish dance to audiences across the globe.

Isaac Loxley
Senior Ensemble
Isaac Loxley began Irish dancing at the age of eight and trains with Scoil Ard Rince. During his competitive career, he won nine State titles, an Australian National Championship, and a World Championship recall medal, as well as multiple Top 5 finishes at the Australian International Oireachtas.
Isaac began his professional career in 2020 with A Celtic Christmas and has since performed in more than 150 shows with A Taste of Ireland both nationally and internationally. He has also toured with productions such as Celtic Illusion and Eirebourne.

Daniel McCormick
Senior Ensemble
Dan McCormick began Irish dancing at the age of six and trained for fifteen years with The Academy and the Burke School of Irish Dance. As a competitive dancer, he became both a Mid-America and National Champion and placed as high as fourth at the World Championships.
Since 2023, Dan has been working as a professional touring dancer, performing across the United States and Europe. His first professional show was with A Taste of Ireland in the 2023 Celtic Christmas USA Tour. Since then, he has appeared in several tours with the company, including performances in his home state of Ohio and a special appearance on Fox and Friends in New York City.

Enda Keane
Ensemble
Enda began his Irish dance journey with the Graham School of Irish Dance, where he trained until 2017. He then continued under the guidance of the Butler-Fearon O’Connor School of Irish Dance, which later transitioned to the Michaela Hinds Academy.
Throughout his career, Enda has won a dozen regional championship titles and earned numerous Top 5 placements on the international stage. Known for his adaptability and dedication, he embraces new choreography with enthusiasm and approaches every performance with professionalism, artistry, and a collaborative spirit.

Caleb Grignon
Ensemble
Caleb Grignon is an accomplished Irish dancer from the Cleveland area. He has achieved rankings of number two regionally, number seven nationally, and number ten internationally in Irish dance.
Beginning his training at Brady-Campbell Irish Dance School in Avon Lake, Caleb has developed a reputation for his determination, stage presence, and passion for performance.

Rochelle Hoffman
Demi-Soloist
Rochelle Hoffmann is a dancer from Kelowna, Canada, with over 20 years of experience in Irish dance. A World Medallist and seven-time Regional Champion, she has earned Top 5 finishes at major international competitions, including the Great Britain Championships, North American Nationals, and Australian International Championships.
Alongside holding a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Rochelle has performed worldwide, including as a Principal Dancer in the Calgary Stampede Grandstand Show. She also made her Off-Broadway debut with A Taste of Ireland in New York City. Passionate about performance, she is thrilled to share her love of dance with audiences across New Zealand and Australia.

Meagan Urbanek
Understudy
Meagan began Irish dancing at the age of five under the tuition of Geraldine French and went on to enjoy significant success throughout her competitive career. In 2025, she was crowned the Freestyle World Champion in Glasgow, Scotland, where her choreography, technical skill, and performance abilities were recognized by Michael Flatley.
Competing with Aisling Scoil Rince, Meagan has earned top placements at regional, national, and international levels. Most notably, she is both an All-Ireland Medallist and a World Medallist, having placed in the Top 10 at the World Championships. Meagan is now thrilled to perform as a Principal Dancer with A Taste of Ireland and to live her dream on stage every day.

Fiona Shanley
Ensemble
Fiona Shanley is delighted to be re-joining the cast of A Taste of Ireland after several tours with the company. She began her competitive Irish dance career at the age of six with the Drake School of Irish Dance in South Florida and went on to achieve success at the regional, national, and world levels in both ceili and solo competitions, including two Southern Region Championship titles.
Fiona has performed with A Taste of Ireland, Riverdance, Rhythm of the Night, and Gaelic Storm. When not touring, she assists with teaching and mentoring the next generation of Irish dancers at the Drake School in Fort Lauderdale. Passionate about performance, she is grateful for the opportunity to share her love of Irish dance with audiences around the world.

Minnie Yarnold
Ensemble
Minnie Yarnold is a professional Irish dancer currently touring with A Taste of Ireland. Before stepping into the world of stage performance, she enjoyed a successful competitive career at the highest level of Irish dance. A World Medallist, she placed 15th at the CLRG World Championships and has won multiple World Championship titles in both ceilis and figures.
Alongside her dance achievements, Minnie holds a BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma with double A* and an A. She is proud to bring both precision and artistry to every performance.

Aoibhín Kenneally
Ensemble
Aoibhín Kenneally is a 22-year-old Irish dancer who began training at the age of six. She studied under the renowned Flynn O’Academy with Bernadette Flynn and Damien O’Kane, where she achieved great success at both local and national feiseanna. Among her most notable accomplishments is placing third at the World Championships.
Now on her third professional tour, Aoibhín is proud to bring both passion and precision to every performance and looks forward to joining the cast of A Taste of Ireland as a Principal Dancer.
